Q: Am I allowed to check-in early?
A: While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we are happy to place an early check-in request and will do our best to accommodate this request if available. If we cannot accommodate an early check-in, we are more than happy to store luggage until the room is ready. Normal check-in time is 3pm
Q: What is the best way to get to Desert Hills from the McCarren Airport?
A: There are a few ways to get to Desert Hills from the Airport, depending on what you are most comfortable with.
TAXI: There are taxis outside of baggage claim, usually $25 flat rate from the airport to the motel.
Rental Car: just plug in 2121 Fremont st. Las Vegas, NV 89101 into your phone GPS will take about 15 minutes depending on traffic.
Airport Shuttle: inquire at airport
Q: Is there a pool at the motel?
A: We have one of the coolest in Downtown Las Vegas.
Q: Can I store luggage for the day?
A: We offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests, allowing them to store items for the entire day.
Q: How close are you to the downtown Casinos?
A: We are 1.2 miles from all the action.
Q: Are there irons and ironing-boards in the rooms?
A: the front office has an irons and short ironing boards for you to use at your convenience.
Q: Is there parking at the Desert Hills Motel?
A: Yes, and there are no parking fees.
Q: Is there a Fitness Facility at Desert Hills Motel?
A: Our motel does not have a fitness center on the property; however we do provide complimentary access to a Gym that is a short 1/2 mile away from the motel.
Q: Am I allowed to have a late check out?
A: While we cannot guarantee that you can have a late check out, we are happy to place a late check out request and will do our best to accommodate this request if available. Generally, late check outs cannot be determined until the day of departure. If we cannot accommodate a late check out, we are more than happy to store luggage until you are ready to move on to your next destination (limit 24 hours).
