Our Terms & Policies
Copies of Desert Hills Motel property rules, policies and other important documents are available at the front office desk. Be sure to review them upon arrival, as the information listed here is not all-inclusive and may vary slightly. Some of our rules and policies include the following:
Registration
To register, you’ll need to:
Pay one week in advance for your stay, which includes the entire weekly rate plus any taxes and fees that apply
Sign our Motel Occupancy Agreement
Present a valid government issued picture ID for each adult (18+) guest
An additional deposit or valid credit card, to cover incidentals, may be required for cash paying guests.
Rates
Rates listed on our website or given at the property or over the phone are per week (seven nights – unless otherwise stated) and for one adult. There is an additional $10/week charge for each additional adult occupant.
Payment
You must pay for the entire weekly rate at time of check-in. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. An additional deposit or valid credit card, to cover incidentals, may be required for cash paying guests. Personal checks are not accepted. Each occupant is fully responsible for payment of all rates, taxes, charges, costs and fees associated with the studio/room where the occupant is registered. Additional week payment is due in full, as described above, at each renewal.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Check-out is by 11:30 a.m. on your scheduled departure date. Office hours vary somewhat depending on occupancy, so please call the property directly for hours and check-in times. After-hours check-ins are available with prior approval.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please use the same method you used to make your reservation (Vegas-motels.com, booking.com, etc.) or call the property directly. Reservations not cancelled in advance, in accordance to the properties cancellation policy, may be subject to fees and penalties. Contact the property directly for clarification on their cancellation policies.
Extending Your Stay
If a studio is available, you may request to extend your stay. Rates for additional nights or weeks are set by the property. An extension fee might apply if you make your request after 11:30 a.m. (check-out time) on your scheduled check-out date. Desert Hills Motel reserves the right to deny the extension request for any reason.
Occupancy Limits
We offer four room layouts (see “Rooms” on vegas-motels.com) and maximum occupancy varies by room type:
Standard Single: Two people (combination of adults and children)
Deluxe Double: Four people (combination of adults and children)
Junior Suite WITH SOFA SLEEPER: Three people (combination of adults and children)
Queen of Hearts Suite: Two people (combination of adults and children)…rollaway bed available at addiitonal charge to add third person.
King of Clubs Suite: Four people (combination of adults and children)
Parties of five or more will require two rooms, without exception.
Pets
Pets are allowed in selected rooms with a required deposit and size limitations persons with service animals do not require deposit by law.
Safety and Security
Desert Hills Motel takes your peace of mind and personal safety very seriously. Our property is equipped with 24 hour security cameras throughout the property.
